1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. They will be considered formally confirmed only upon receipt and validation of the corresponding deposit.

2. Payment Policies

• Security Deposit: To secure your stay, a deposit of $1,000 MXN per apartment is required.
• Settlement: The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of check-in.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and credit or debit cards.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations: The $1,000 MXN deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of a cancellation.
• Date Changes: Any modification to the stay dates is subject to availability and potential adjustments to the current rate.

4. Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Late check-out or early check-in are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

5. Occupancy and Conduct

The maximum occupancy established for each unit must be strictly respected. Exceeding this limit may result in the termination of the reservation without the right to a refund.

6. Use of Facilities and Damages

Guests agree to the responsible use of furniture, equipment, and facilities.

Liability: Any damage, malfunction, or loss caused during the stay will be the guest’s responsibility and must be settled before departure.

7. Pet Policy

Pet access is restricted. Pets will only be accepted upon prior request, express written authorization, and compliance with the internal pet regulations.

8. Pool Area

The pool is a shared space. It is mandatory to follow the rules posted in the area and the established schedules to ensure the rest and harmonious coexistence of all guests.

9. Disclaimer

Azul Mar is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items, valuables, or vehicles within the facilities. Guests are recommended to properly secure their belongings.

10. Force Majeure

Azul Mar is exempt from liability for failures resulting from causes beyond its control, such as weather phenomena, municipal utility service failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
